A video series of activity challenges that relate to Racket Pack, the Badminton England primary aged badminton programme.

The videos are fun, short clips that can be done at school, home or in the garden to keep active or spread across the day.

These activities are for everybody so the whole class or family can get involved and it doesn't matter if you don't have any badminton equipment - be creative!

All you need is to be able to watch the video. The videos take you through each activity challenge.
