Catch and Step is aimed to improve people's catching and throwing and can be set as a challenge to see how many steps back each pair takes within an allotted time. Equipment needed is 1 ball per pair.

This is an activity for pairs but more than one pair can take part at the same time.

We're proud to share the #RediscoverSummer campaign.
