UDOIT Dance Foundation aim to inspire, engage and empower children and young people through street dance, making sure all opportunities are inclusive for everyone to enjoy. 

Street Dance is a great way to engage young people in fun physical activity, that stimulates the mind & body helping to improve their physical and mental health. Street Dance can help improve coordination, memory, musicality, strength and cardiovascular fitness, whilst harnessing their creativity, imagination & confidence. 

This sassy commercial routine to a big Beyonce hit, is a great way to engage women & girls, in particular in a fun and physical activity. Suitable for age 9+, this is a great way to get your young people smiling and more active.
