Gymnastics have developed Floor, Vault and Rhythmic activities to develop an understanding of how competition can be introduced within schools.

Number of Participants: Individual 

Purpose of activity: Increase pupil physical activity through personal challenge

 Including all pupils: STEP framework included 

Pupil roles: Participant, Leader, Official, Media 

Space: Indoors - Ensure the space is suitable for safe active participation on mats, vaulting tables and using hoops 

Equipment: gym mats, vaulting tables, hoops, ribbons or equivalent
