Activity details
This Lacrosse based activity with help young people to improve their throwing, catching, agility and coordination skills.
This will improve their ability to throw and catch when playing Lacrosse.
This activity can work for any group size - participants will work in pairs.
The young person needs to face their partner and pass the ball to each other for an agreed number of passes.
To make it more difficult, set out a row of cones and progress towards the goal.
Equipment needed includes Lacrosse sticks, tennis balls, cones, a stopwatch and a identified target/goal area.
