  • Skills: Develop fundamental skills through Lacrosse, encouraging teamwork and co-operation through this game based activity.
  • Participants: Ideally suited for a school class size.
  • Description: Players line up on alternate cones and pass in a zig-zag formation. Each team has three balls. One at a time, the aim is to get all the balls to the last player. The first team with three balls to the last player attacks the goal with four players.
  • Adaptability: To make the activity more challenging, increase the size of the area. To make it easier, convert to a passing relay race in straight lines.
