Nudge Up: Overhand Throw is a fun personal challenge activity which supports the development of the overhead shot in badminton.

Purpose of Activity: Increase pupil physical activity through personal challenge

Space: Indoors or Outdoors - Ensure the space is suitable for safe throwing 

Equipment: Shuttle, rolled up socks, beanbag, ball, markers or cones, tape measure, rolled up paper
