Nudge Up Target Practice is a fun challenge activity for the 9-11 age group which develops accuracy whilst trying to hit as many targets as possible within a time limit. 

  • Activity: Individual 
  • Purpose of activity: Increase pupil physical activity through personal challenge 
  • Including all pupils: Ideas for differentiation included

  • Space: Indoors or Outdoors - Ensure the space is suitable for throwing balls at targets
