Easy Up, Keep Up is an individual rounders challenge that develops pupils hand eye co-ordination, using a flat bat and a ball. 

  • Number of participants: Individual/Pair 
  • Purpose of activity: Increase pupil physical activity through an individual challenge 
  • Including all pupils: STEP framework included 
  • Pupil roles: Participant 
  • Space: Outdoors. Ensure the space is suitable for pupils to move safely when controlling the ball without bumping into each other 
  •  Equipment: Bat or tennis racket and a ball
