Activity details

Land, Water, Action includes 2 seated games that develop core stability and teamwork at the same time. They can be played on the floor or seated on space hoppers/Swiss balls. Pupils can play in pairs and rotate between the 2 different activities

  • Number of participants: Pairs 
  • Purpose of activity: Increase pupil’s core stability and cross lateral movements along with speed of passing an object against the clock. 
  • Including all pupils: STEP framework included. 
  • Pupil roles: Participant 
  • Space: Indoors/Outdoors. Ensure there is sufficient space for a pair of pupils to sit opposite each other with legs out stretched next to a wall. 
  • Equipment: Balls, Space hoppers/Swiss Balls (optional)
