Activity details

Tokyo Ten activities provide simple ways for young people to get active. All you need is ten minutes and simple equipment, and you will discover new, simple ways to get moving.

Try Random Routines, a fun ten-minute activity that will get young people moving at school. All you need is a dice and some music if you like. Players throw the dice and whatever number it lands on, they touch the same number of parts of their body to the floor. You can make it as hard or as easy as you like, its totally up to you! Throw the dice again and again to practice lots of different shapes!

Or how about Duster Dodge, a hilarious ten-minute activity that will get young people active and dodging! Each player will need a duster (e.g. scarf or sock) and a timer. Players move and dodge around each other trying to catch their opponents’ duster or ‘tail’. The person with the most tails after 60 seconds wins!
