Triathlon

What is Triathlon?
Triathlon is a fun and exciting sport where children get to swim, bike, and run (scoot or walk) all in one go! It’s a great way to stay active, challenge yourself, and have a blast with friends. Triathlon can be a combination of any of the three main disciplines, and can take place indoors or outdoors, flying solo or in teams.
Triathlon events offer a unique and dynamic opportunity to engage children in a multi-sport experience that promotes physical fitness, teamwork, and personal growth encouraging a healthy, active lifestyle.
