Activity details

Bowldova is a fun pairs bowls game, where pupils attempt to get the ball closer to the target than their opponent. 

  • Number of participants: Pair 
  • Purpose of activity: Increase pupil physical activity through team competition 
  • Including all pupils: Ideas for differentiation included 
  • Pupil roles: Participant, leader 
  • Space: Indoors. Ensure the space is suitable to roll a ball, with a smooth playing surface
  • Equipment: Two balls per player (eg tennis balls, ideally different colours) a target ball (Eg a cricket ball) and cones
