Traditional Dodgeball is a fast paced, non-contact game, where pupils eliminate opponents by throwing the ball at them! 

  • Number of participants: Group 
  • Purpose of activity: Increase pupil physical activity through team competition 
  • Including all pupils: Ideas for differentiation included 
  • Pupil roles: Participant, leader, official 
  • Space: Indoors. Ensure the space is large enough to support the number of participants, with clear court boundaries 
  • Equipment: Three dodgeballs or soft balls, a whistle, a stopwatch and cones or tape
