Activity details

To help introduce Rugby to primary aged pupils we have created a skills series.

Kids First Skills Series is a video library of Game Zones and Skill Zones with the intention of developing children’s skills and confidence.

These will help you to provide safe and enjoyable activities for the young people in your school and are suitable for players of all abilities and focus on fun and enjoyment.

Among other things these challenges develop stability, object and kicking control as well evasion and movement skills.

The activities can be undertaken with any group size and the equipment needed is minimal.
