This is a group activity aimed at 6-8 children aimed at improving children's fitness and running. 

The equipment needed is one ball and 2 markers/cones. 

No experience is needed to deliver this activity. 

This activity can be used either as a race against other teams or a fun warm up activity. This is a great resource for schools as it gets children practicing short sprint runs which are essential for rounders.
