Activity details

Fun relay activities for teams to play, using a range of movement skills to travel around the slalom course and beat the other team. 

  • Number of participants: Group. 
  • Purpose of activity: Increase pupil physical activity through fun team relay activities navigating the slalom course. 
  • Including all pupils: STEP framework included.
  • Pupil roles: Participant. 
  • Space: Outdoors. Ensure there’s enough space between each team's slalom courses for the teams to travel safely.
  • Equipment: Flat markers and poles or cones, hoops, blindfolds and balls or other equipment to use as the relay item.
