#StayInWorkOut - Useful links to help plan your home school activity programme

We hope that you have had a good Easter break. We are now faced with more challenging weeks ahead, where it will be vital for children to stay fit and healthy in order for them to be in the correct frame of mind for home schooling, maintain good mental health and to avoid their lives becoming even more sedentary.

Sutton SSP is here to help provide information or to help you design a daily home activity schedule for your pupils in order to stay active and to maintain their physical literacy skills.

Please follow the link which shows a comprehensive list of offers from some providers who offer programmes specifically for children and young people to help them stay more active. We will be posting more links in future weeks.

Even more importantly, if you have any further programmes and ideas that we could use, then please contact us at [email protected]  or [email protected]
