Introducing more School Games sport formats!
We're pleased to announce the launch of the sixth wave of School Games sport formats, giving schools, School Games Organisers, and Active Partnerships even more opportunities to deliver inclusive, engaging and high-quality competition.
Developed in partnership with each sport's National Governing Body, the latest formats have been designed to support meaningful participation and provide clear, flexible competition opportunities for young people of all abilities.

Each sport page has been refreshed with new guidance, downloadable format resources, and supporting information to help you plan and deliver School Games activity with confidence.
What's new?
The redesigned formats have been created to make it easier to deliver competitions that are enjoyable, inclusive and developmentally appropriate. Whether you're running an intra-school festival or an inter-school competition, the new resources provide practical guidance to support high-quality experiences for every participant.
Along with updated sport pages, the new formats are now available to select when creating or updating events in the Events Calendar, helping ensure your activity reflects the latest School Games offer.
