The Physical Activity Bucket List

The bucket list is an ideal way to keep children active and also thinking about activity and health whilst they're off school during the current lock-down. There are 30 different activities for them to work their way through, from physical challenges to creative ones, from healthy challenges to skilful ones, from musical ones to online ones .... there's something for everyone.

Activities can be done in any order; if you find there's one that you, or they, particularly enjoy, do it again and start tallying your participation against the ticK ME box.
