British Sign Language  - why not start to learn the basics of sign language? I have started a beginners course recently and I am already starting to use it with schools and at events. Can you set yourself a challenge to learn at least five signs today or finger spell your name? Here is a link to the BSL dictionary: https://www.signbsl.com/sign/sport

I have attached two resources: All About Autism, All About Me & Autism, Sport and Physical Activity.
