Walking - staying close to home - can you go for a walk with members of your household? How far can you walk in 45 minutes? Can you walk at a pace that raises your heart rate and makes you a little out of breath? Can you add on a little bit more distance everytime you go? If you are older - perhaps you can walk and listen to a podcast or some music to unwind?
