Active Kids Do Better is a brilliant website to help with fit breaks at school (or at home), give ideas for playground games and for family resources.

It has been found that small bursts of physical activity throughout the school day are proven to help children concentrate and stay on task.
Active Kids Do Better resources are still freely available for you to use, whether in the classroom or at home – with no sign up needed:
- Classroom resources: Use our ready-to-go videos and activity booster to help motivate and energise your kids.
- Playground resources: Turn playtime into fun time with our collection of team games and Marathon Kids.
- Family resources: Get started by moving together - in your living room, garden or local park.
They look like great fun, why not give it a try.
