Summer Reading Challenge

This year's Summer Reading Challenge has a physical activity theme and is called 'Ready, Set, Read!'. It is games, play and sport related with an emphasis on keeping minds and bodies active over the holiday.

Here is an activity sheet for sharing in class, along with a letter for parents to go in newsletters etc.

There is also a lovely little animation video available on YouTube that gives a brief outline of the challenge for older children.
