AFC Bournemouth brings you a series of activity cards to help develop your football skills with a set of activities and drills in a fun safe environment.
The cards can easily be set up within a class environment for small groups to work independently from each card.
Each card features a different player from the Cherries squads and covers a different skill or discipline. The cards list the equipment required for each drill and are easy to follow through a picture showing how the activity needs to be set up along with a full description and key coaching points to enable you to complete each card to your maximum ability.
Cards can be downloaded by clicking here
